Dark steatite. Cult object for fixing on a pole.  The neck and head made in 2 pieces; the eyes originally inlaid (inlay missing); perfect except for chips out of one horn and the ears. The neck and the head are covered with a fleece conventially rendered in small locks, the face smooth, the horns crinkled. Very good work.
