Cloisonne work consisting of a circular piece of gold foil inlaid with lapis and carnelian. Lower portion of the ornament is cut to represent a crescent moon
[drawing with color key: black=lapis inlay, grey=carnelian inlay, white= cold foil] 1:1

Part of the inlay missing. A second similar was found on the head hopelessly broken and fragmentary. These seem to have been worn as ornaments on top of the head possibly on the crown of a wig?</property_value><inline_note></inline_note><footnote>Woolley's description</footnote></list-item><list-item><prop>Find Context (Catalog Card)</prop><property_value>PG 825</property_value><inline_note></inline_note><footnote></footnote></list-item><list-item><prop>Material (Catalog Card)</prop><property_value>Lapis lazuli</property_value><inline_note></inline_note><footnote>Material as described by Woolley</footnote></list-item><list-item><prop>Material (Catalog Card)</prop><property_value>Carnelian</property_value><inline_note></inline_note><footnote>Material as described by Woolley</footnote></list-item><list-item><prop>Material (Catalog Card)</prop><property_value>Gold</property_value><inline_note></inline_note><footnote>Material as described by Woolley</footnote></list-item><list-item><prop>Measurement (Catalog Card)</prop><property_value>d 003</property_value><inline_note></inline_note><footnote></footnote></list-item></free_form_properties></list-item></root>
