Transcription:	Pg 777 Another argument for a domed or vaulted roof is this. The stones when found lay relatively flat and only a sinking to - middle & h. - S.E. side = they were very thickly bedded in stiff clay & covered over with green clay. Had the roof been flat & supported by timbers which eventually decayed w - [?remet?] that - roof had fallen in, then it certainly had not fallen far since it started as flat & was found almost flat = in that case by little stiff support to have [?got?] down into- grave through - roof - [?] - grave was full, through - [?] - - first stones [?] a hollow 200 squares, yet this was very shallow & - space underneath almost filled by fallen soil. This is best accounted for by - collapse o - vault with wd h let in a lot o earth before it got level. At 220 [?from?] - SW wall [?] were remains o a piece of timber 011 wide running across from SE-NW & close under - stones but broken by the fall o them.

	PG/777	A built chamber tomb with a collapsed dome, it had been robbed in antiquity but some artifacts remained along the walls. The collapsed roof of this tomb was first seen in Trial Trench E but the grave was fully excavated after the trial trenches had been opened into a larger area. This led to the discovery of a small trenched area next to the chamber that contained three skeletons, and an approach or dromos that contained another. These Woolley took to be the guards of the tomb in a small 'death pit'. There were two chambers inside the tomb, and the outer held the remains of four more people, possibly servants, while the inner may have held the royal personage.	(none)
