Flounced Dress
Depiction of a piece of clothing that extends from the shoulders to the ankles and is flounced.
Flounced dresses are outer garments that consist of a one piece bodice and skirt and extend from the shoulders to the ankles and has strips of tufted or pleated material attached by one edge on a garment.
