Pleated Dress
Depiction of a piece of clothing that extends from the shoulders to the ankles and is pleated.
Pleated dresses are outer garments that consist of a one piece bodice and skirt and extend from the shoulders to the ankles and are folded in even width, made by doubling cloth or the like onto itself.
