Description (Modern): | Hand-modelled figure of a male(?), in the round; baked clay; figure wears a head-hugging pointed helmet; small applied pellet eyes and well-formed rather large nose; his right arm hangs down at the side, stump only remains of the other; shape of base suggests that the figurine was originally attached to another object, possibly a model horse.1 |
