| Description (Modern): | Fired clay female figurine; hand-modelled; broken off at the hips; flat back except for details of hair; breasts high; both hands cupping breasts; fingers and bracelets shown by incised lines; applied necklace; added on pellet on each side of the face with incised horizontal lines to show the curls, a band around the forehead with a central ornament and a fan at the back of the head; pellet eyes; no mouth; wears belt; pubic triangle shown by rows of incised lines; traces of bitumen.1 |
