Description (Modern): Fragment from lower left end of glass beard with two rows of stylised curls; probably belonged to composite statue; opaque light blue; the lower end of the beard projects 0.4 cm forwards and the back is thus convex; left side edge bevelled; cast by the lost-wax technique; the blue has faded and turned bluish-grey; covered by layer of lime accretion.
