Description (Modern): 74 beads in lapis, gold and silver. 12 are silver and spread throughout. There is no real pattern. 41 lapis, 21 gold. The string ends with a blue square lapis bead, bookended by two intensionally flat gold discs.2

Notes: When Woolley excavated the beads, he strung them according to how they were in the ground. Legrain later strung them as necklaces and gave them B numbers.
