Attributes: crescent and moon and Simish. Inscription: ^dBABBAR(^ilSumas): ^dA-A(^ilAia).

Provisional translation: -Pure Hand (=Handmaid ?) of Nannar (new ideogram.) her King. Kalam-dug-dam (or Dam-Kalam-dug =Wife of the good land).
